Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex · Verified listings
Foundation repair contractors, checked against the record.
North Texas sits on Blackland Prairie clay that swells and shrinks with every wet spring and dry August. That is why this metro has some of the highest foundation repair demand in the country — and why the search results are dominated by lead brokers. This directory is different: 77 contractors, each one built from the company's own published pages and its Better Business Bureau record, with the source links printed on the profile.
Start with your city
Filter the full directory →City pages are the useful ones. Soil, housing vintage, and permit rules change from Plano to Fort Worth, and so does the repair method a contractor will recommend.
Or start with the work you need
Method matters more than brand. A pressed concrete pier and a steel push pier solve different problems at very different prices.
Most thoroughly documented listings
These are not ranked by who pays us. They are the listings where the most fields are confirmed against a published source — phone, website, address, tenure, and BBB record.
How we verify
Every listing has to clear the same bar: a working phone number and a live website, both confirmed on a page we opened ourselves. We take data from company websites, franchise locators, and BBB profiles — never from lead-generation marketplaces. If a field cannot be confirmed, it stays blank rather than getting filled with a guess.
What this directory is not
We are not a contractor, and we do not sell your information. There is no "get matched with pros" form here, because those forms sell the same homeowner to four companies. You get the phone number and the website, and you call whoever you want.
County roll-ups
Most North Texas homeowners search by city. County pages exist for the cases where the county line is what matters — appraisal district records, permitting jurisdiction, or unincorporated addresses.
Before you call anyone
Two free things that will save you money: read the signs guide so you can tell a cosmetic crack from real movement, and run the cost calculator so you know whether the first bid you get is in the normal range for this market.
